Since the Actual Lounge prioritizes Black Queer Women, no. If a ticket has already been purchased, you'll have the option to donate your ticket or receive a refund. We appreciate your support!!

Since the Actual Lounge prioritizes Black Queer Women, we kindly ask for you to refrain from bringing non-Black guests into the space. We appreciate your support!!

Though this space prioritizes Black Queer Women, The Actual Lounge welcomes all Black Queer, Gay, Trans, and GNC people.

I can't make it! Can i get a refund?
The Actual Lounge will be able to issue a full refund up to 7 days before the event date. Contact us via email at theactuallounge@gmail.com for the fastest response.

I can't afford a ticket! Do you accept volunteers?
Yes! All volunteers receive free entry and a plus one. Please DM on socials or email us at theactuallounge@gmail.com if interested!

How can I perform at the event?
If you are interested in being a musical guest at The Actual Lounge please fill out the Artist Submission Form on our 'Artists' page.

Can i reserve a table for my party?
Yes! We are able to reserve a few tables at each event. Contact us on our website for availability.

Can I resell or give away my ticket?
Tickets purchased for The Actual Lounge are non-transferable. The resale or auction of tickets is strictly prohibited.
Any ticket that has been resold or transferred will be deemed invalid and refused entry without refund.

Can i purchase tickets at the door?
No. All sales are made in advance through our website.
